Tips for the tougher levels
On Hard and Expert, words can run backwards and diagonally, so scan for rare letters first: a Q, X, Z or J narrows the search quickly. Another trick is to pick a word, find every copy of its first letter, then check the eight directions around each one. Crossing words off as you go keeps the list manageable.
The 20 × 20 Expert grid hides 30 words and usually takes 25 to 40 minutes, a good match for a quiet evening or a group puzzle hour.
